Who can do CrossFit?
Anyone with the motivation, drive to improve and enthusiasm for it. The activity is designed to be perfectly adaptable to individual characteristics, allowing even those with different limitations or ailments to practise it.
The only requirement to access the CrossFit classes (trial class included) is at least 6 months’ experience at an affiliate box, or a working knowledge of the main weightlifting and gymnastics movements used in CrossFit.
If you don’t have experience in CrossFit, we recommend joining our Strength & Conditioning classes for around 6 weeks (2 to 3 times a week) to build a base of strength, muscular endurance and cardio-respiratory fitness before doing an intro course or joining the specific technical Weightlifting and Gymnastics classes.
What differences will I find compared to a traditional gym?
The main differences lie in the training methodology, which focuses on performing certain technical movements with your own bodyweight and/or the natural handling of various external loads, rather than exercises guided by machines.
Another key difference is the atmosphere: training is led by professionals who share their knowledge and pay close attention to correct execution. Our classes are limited to a maximum of 16 people, where qualified coaches make sure to guide you throughout the whole session, from the first to the last minute.
Can I get injured doing CrossFit?
There’s always a risk of injury when you do any sport or physical activity.
Through correct training programming, teaching the cleanest technique possible, order in the classes and the prior warm-up and muscular strength work we do (built into the programming itself), we minimise the risks.
Can I train even if I've had an injury before?
Although it will depend on the type of injury, we can adapt every exercise to each person’s individual needs. You should let each coach know in class so they’re aware of your situation and can look out for you during the activity.
We also work with a multidisciplinary team who can help you resolve any questions and overcome any fears you may have, depending on your case.

Will I need to come every day for my training routine to be complete?
No. What we recommend is a healthy lifestyle and a training routine of at least 3 days a week to get short-to-medium-term results.
Unlike the exercise routines at ordinary gyms, our programming is designed to work your body in a complete way and at a high intensity level.
Depending on your motivation, level of commitment and availability, we have various membership options.
Do I need to have played sport before or have a certain baseline fitness?
No. All our training programmes are designed for any fitness level, both for people starting from scratch or after a long period of inactivity and for those who already have a weekly training habit. In each class both the volume and the intensity of each exercise are adapted accordingly.
To prevent injuries, build a base of strength and muscular endurance, learn the technique for handling heavy items (like kettlebells, dumbbells…) and correct posture, we recommend doing the Strength & Conditioning classes before jumping straight into any CrossFit class.
What should I know if I want to change or temporarily pause my membership?
Whenever you’re increasing the number of sessions per week or per month (depending on the case), you can make the change at any time; the proportional amount is calculated and you pay the difference (provided the minimum charge for the change is €5).
To reduce or temporarily cancel your membership, you must always let us know in writing at info@studiocrossfit.com before the 25th of the month prior to the change taking effect.
What's the difference between a standard membership and a Business membership?
With the standard membership you pay for a set number of classes per week; that is, if for any reason you can’t attend the classes you’ve paid for in a given week, you can’t carry them over to the next week (you lose those classes), and it doesn’t include Open Box.
With Business memberships you can spread your classes flexibly, as long as you use them within the same month, and you also get 4 open box sessions.
