Classes
Much more than CrossFit
Crossfit
High-intensity workouts combining a wide variety of metabolic, strength, weightlifting and gymnastics exercises.
Every workout is different and done in a group of up to 16 people, but they all share one thing: they’re motivating and fun. Each day you’ll race against the clock and take on the challenge of beating your own best.
At Studio CrossFit you’ll have professionals who teach you the correct technique; in every session we individually supervise the execution of each movement so you learn something new every day and train as safely and effectively as possible.
This training style is designed so that anyone can do it, whatever their level, gender or age.
Start training like a true athlete and unleash all the potential you have inside.
Strength & Conditioning
A training system that combines strength work, physical conditioning and movement control to improve performance, health and overall fitness.
Our classes are designed so that anyone, whatever their level, can train safely, progressively and effectively. We work on basic movement patterns, strength, stability, mobility, power and endurance through structured sessions guided by coaches.
Each workout has a specific goal: to build a stronger, more resilient and more functional body, improving both athletic performance and everyday quality of life. We use different methods and equipment (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight, machines and metabolic work) to create dynamic, complete and adaptable sessions.
Fuerza
The main goal is to build a solid strength base through the basic movements of
- Squat
- Deadlift
- Bench Press
- Press Over Head
We set goals in 6-to-8-week training cycles, focusing on two of the basic movements mentioned above.
We adjust volume and intensity and then re-measure your strength levels in that lift to see how you’ve progressed.
In addition, every class includes accessory work: a block of accessory exercises focused on the synergist and more analytical musculature that supports the major muscle groups, aiming to balance both sides of the body with unilateral exercises.
WeightLifting
Classes focused on learning and refining the technique of the main Olympic lifts (Weightlifting), which you’ll come across in a CrossFit workout.
Discover at STUDIO the benefits that weightlifting training brings you:
- Strength
- Power
- Coordination
- Body control
- Mobility
Gymnastics
Gymnastic movements are all those we perform with our own bodyweight, executed hanging from a bar, rings or rope, or against a wall and on the floor.
The classes focus on improving your technique in all gymnastic movements (Toes to Bar, Pull Up, Chest to Bar, Handstand Push Ups, Handstand Walk…). In each class you follow progressions adapted to each level so you can perform every exercise as fluidly and technically as possible.
These classes are open to anyone regardless of level or previous experience, since the progressions are adapted to each person’s characteristics.
Metcon
60-minute classes focused on developing endurance, cardiovascular capacity and metabolic efficiency through different training methods.
The sessions combine work on ergometers (bike, rower, skierg), running and functional movements, alternating days of controlled intensity and sustained long-duration efforts with interval sessions and more demanding pace changes.
A methodology designed to improve aerobic performance, tolerance to effort and recovery capacity, making it the perfect complement both for strength and CrossFit athletes and for those preparing hybrid events like Hyrox or looking to improve their general fitness with a smart, progressive training structure.
Handstand & Flexibility
Active flexibility & Handstand — control, strength and balance.
Active flexibility & Handstand combines mobility work with strength, stability, core and balance, so you learn to move with greater awareness and efficiency.
In each session you’ll find:
– Active flexibility: expanding your range of movement through control and strength, not passivity.
– Body control: you’ll learn to feel and coordinate each position to move with precision.
– Specific bodyweight strength: exercises that build useful strength with direct transfer to your training.
– Core and balance: the foundation of stable, safe and powerful movement.
– Handstand progressions: complementary work to help you improve your alignment, stability and confidence upside down, even if the handstand isn’t your main goal.
